Method
- Preheat your oven to 200 F / 95 C.
- Line a baking tray with parchment paper.
- You can leave your tomatoes whole or slice them in half. Leaving them whole will take longer to fully dehydrate.
- Leave in your oven for 5-6 hours or until you are happy with the texture.
- Add to a glass jar and store them in the fridge for a month. You can alternatively put them into a freezer safe container and store them in the freezer for about 3 months.

You can add a handful of cherry tomatoes to a bowl and pour boiling water over top. Allow them to sit for about 45 minutes and then drain the tomatoes. You can alternatively add a handful of cherry tomatoes to olive oil and allow them to steep for about a day. Simply drain and use the tomatoes.
