How To Make Natural Chamomile Infused Oil

If you’re into natural ingredients and DIY body oils, chamomile-infused oil is one of the gentlest and most soothing options out there.   1. Fill your jar halfway with dried chamomile flowers.
  2. Pour in your carrier oil until the flowers are completely covered and there’s about an inch of oil above them.
  3. Seal the jar and shake gently.
  4. Store the jar in a sunny spot for 2–3 weeks. Shake gently every few days.
  5. Once infused, strain the oil using a coffee filter or cheesecloth into a clean jar or bottle. Stir in any optional essential oils.
  6. Store in a dark place to preserve shelf life and quality.

Notes

Always store your oil in a cool place to extend its shelf life
Look out for signs of spoilage like off smells or air bubbles
Use a small 2 oz bottle with a dropper for easy application
