Method
- Pour the whipping cream into a large bowl. Use a mixer to whip the cream until peaks are forming.
- Add the maple syrup, cinnamon, and vanilla to the cream.
- Continue to whip the cream until the peaks are firm.
- Put the cinnamon whipped cream into the fridge until you’re ready to use it. It will last up to two days in the fridge, but will taste best if consumed on the same day.
