Simple Cinnamon Whipped Cream Recipe

With only 3 ingredients, cinnamon whipped cream is simple to make. It is a delicious addition to the tops of pies, ice cream, or even eaten plain.

Ingredients
  

  • 300 ml Whipping Cream
  • 1.5 Tablespoons Maple Syrup
  • 1 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 1.5 Teaspoons Cinnamon

Method
 

  1. Pour the whipping cream into a large bowl. Use a mixer to whip the cream until peaks are forming.
  2. Add the maple syrup, cinnamon, and vanilla to the cream.
  3. Continue to whip the cream until the peaks are firm.
  4. Put the cinnamon whipped cream into the fridge until you’re ready to use it. It will last up to two days in the fridge, but will taste best if consumed on the same day.
