With only 3 ingredients, cinnamon whipped cream is simple to make. It is a delicious addition to the tops of pies, ice cream, or even eaten plain.

Naturally sweetened and perfect for topping pies, pancakes, or a warm drink, making cinnamon whipped cream is incredibly simple. And it will elevate a pie or other dessert instantly. You could try it with sourdough discard apple cake or homemade fig and walnut ice cream.

Will Homemade Whipped Cream Last In The Fridge?

Homemade whipped cream will last 2-3 days in the fridge.

Can Homemade Whipped Cream Be Frozen?

Yes you can put extra whipped cream into an ice cube tray with a lid (or other airtight container such as a Ziploc bag) and store it in the freezer for about 3 months. To thaw, move the tray or individual cube into the fridge overnight.

Instructions

Pour the whipping cream into a large bowl. Use a mixer to whip the cream until peaks are forming.

Add the maple syrup, cinnamon, and vanilla to the cream.

Continue to whip the cream until the peaks are firm.

Put the cinnamon whipped cream into the fridge until you’re ready to use it. It will last up to two days in the fridge, but will taste best if consumed on the same day.

Method
