What Food To Avoid In Labour?

It’s best to avoid greasy and hard to digest foods and instead opt for light foods while in labour. Your body need to dedicate most of its energy to the birth of your baby.

Stay away from quick but greasy foods like hamburgers or chips which are difficult for your body to digest. Although you’re unlikely to feel like eating these types of foods anyway!

I also tend to stay away from eating meats for protein during pre-labour and labour. I opt instead of nuts and seeds.
