FAQ

What is a tea bath?

Tea baths are like brewing a giant mug of tea. But the nourishment from the herbs or flowers in your tea bag are absorbed through your skin rather than through a hot beverage.

How To Make A Tea Bath?

Tea baths are simple to make. You fill a small muslin bag with a variety of herbs, flowers, and epsom salt, and then steep the bag in the bath. You can allow them to steep freely in the bath or hang them under the facet as you fill the bath.

What Is A Tea Bath Good For?

The benefits depend on which herbs and flowers are in your tea blend. Beyond smelling wonderful and providing relaxation, tea baths can help with your skin looking refreshed and to heal. This is due to the antioxidant nutrients in many herbs.

Other benefits can include:
– Stress relief
– Providing relief to inflamed skin
– Reducing the appearance of scars
– Relaxing tight muscles

How Long To Brew Herbal Tea Bath?

It’s up to you. I like to leave mine under the tap as I fill the bath and then leave them to steep about 5 more minutes.
